A Domestic Student Travel Request Application must be submitted if your trip meets any of the following criteria
(excluding Task Force missions):

• One or more students will stay overnight (it is recommended that a minimum of three (3) people travel together for the safety of all concerned)
• Any class will be missed by a student (Class absences should be kept to a minimum.)
• Athletic trip
• Academic field trip

Your application must be approved prior to any advertising, fund raising, or arranging travel.

Travel Request Applicationsshould be submitted at least four (4)weeks prior to the proposed departure date.

Applications may be referred to the Travel Proposal Committee, if necessary, which may increase the approval time. Plan ahead and submit your application as soon as you can.
