Payment by Electronic Check (ACH)

Walla Walla University provides the option to pay using an electronic check (using a routing number and bank account number). Steps for completing an online payment are below, or please call the WWU Cashier at (509) 527-2841 during available hours to make a payment via phone.

Payment by Credit Card

Walla Walla University provides the option to pay using a credit card (VISA, AMEX, DISC, MC, JCB). Credit card transactions have a 2.25% convenience fee. Alternatively, please call the WWU Cashier at (509) 527-2841 during business hours to make a payment via phone.

Other Payment Options

Walla Walla University accepts checks and cash at the Cashier's Desk in the Accounting Office. If making a payment in person, please come to the fourth floor of Admin, Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm or Friday 9am-12pm.
