Havstad Guestrooms
The Havstad Alumni Center has three comfortable guest rooms with private bathrooms available for visitors to the WWU campus. One room has a king bed, and two rooms have two queen beds. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, TV, an iron and ironing board, bedding, towels, and Wi-Fi.

Terms and Conditions: NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, and NO PETS ($50 fine for each violation of policy); exceptions made for service animals with advance notice only; check-in time is 4 p.m., check-outtime is 11 a.m. (NOTE: Key cards automatically activate by 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11 a.m. on the day of departure).
Cancellation Policy:No charge for room cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to check-in time.Fifty percent of the total reservation cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in time. Failing to notify us of a cancellation will result in the full charge for the reserved room(s). Cancellations may be requested anytime by emailor by calling (509) 540-8095.
Key pick up:Unless alternate arrangements are made, keys are available on weekdays 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the lobby of Havstad Alumni Center.
The guest rooms are located on the College Ave. side of the Havstad Alumni Center, 20 SW 4th St, College Place.
NOTE: The Havstad Alumni Center Guest Rooms are managed by the WWU Alumni Foundation, a separate entity from Walla Walla University.
